Taylor Silvio combines over a decade of emergency, ICU, and aesthetic medicine experience, bringing a multi-faceted understanding of patient care to Aloha Aesthetics. Beginning her career in the high-acuity surgical ICU, she sharpened her skills in critical thinking, time management, patient-centered care, maintaining a calm environment, and strategic treatment planning.
These skills helped for a seamless transition into aesthetic medicine over the past 5 years. Taylor prides herself in continual education in aesthetic medicine including quarterly hands-on trainings with top injectors in Texas and international top injectors ranging as far as Canada and Norway. Her passion and drive to keep up to date with the ever-evolving evidence based aesthetic medicine, has made her a staple at Aloha Aesthetics.
Recognized for her custom, patient centered, and educational consultations and combining the art of aesthetic medicine with scientific precision, she helps patients feel confident, comfortable, and excited to show off their natural beauty. Taylor is also a valued trainer, sharing her knowledge on aesthetic injections with fellow staff members. Outside of work, Taylor continues her passion with aesthetic medicine by continuing to help others online with educational content in relation to injections, anti-aging, and wellness.
Ashley Nguyen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from UT Health San Antonio and began her nursing career in the ICU, where she developed critical skills in attention to detail, patient assessment, and patient education. This experience has been invaluable in her transition to aesthetics, providing a strong foundation in precision and patient care to achieve exceptional outcomes.
As an aesthetic nurse injector, Ashley is dedicated to helping her patients reach their unique aesthetic goals while maintaining a natural, balanced appearance that enhances their individual features. She specializes in full facial balancing and prioritizes skin health to achieve refreshed and harmonious results.
